1. Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Defective or incorrect products
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
4. Exchange Process
- Once the product is received and passes quality check, the exchange is processed within 24–48 hours.
- The complete process (including transit and inspection) may take 7–10 days.
5. Conditions for Exchange
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags
Used or damaged items will be rejected.
6. If Exchange is Not Possible
If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
(No monetary refund will be provided.)
7. Is there any reverse pickup fee?
Yes. A ₹199 reverse pickup fee will be charged for exchanges.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.
8. What are the eligibility conditions for exchange?
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- Undamaged.
- Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.
Items showing signs of use, damage, odor, or alteration will be rejected.
9. Are sale or discounted items eligible for exchange?
No. All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
11. What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with clear images and unboxing proof (if applicable).
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement.
- Exchange.
- Store credit.
12. Final decision
We reserve the right to approve or reject any exchange request. All decisions are final and binding.
